Second2 joins Adventis Group plc

We are pleased to announce the acquisition of Second2 by Adventis Group plc, an AIM listed marketing services group.

Adventis is a leading marketing services group, consisting of 14 companies serving the healthcare, financial services and property sectors, with a combined turnover of £47m and around 150 employees.

We are very excited to be joining Adventis at this stage of our development and consider Adventis to be a partner who shares our ethos, values and passion for what we do. Adventis will enable us to retain the unique elements that have made Second2 one of the most successful technology marketing agencies in the UK, and will also provide us with significant additional capabilities and resources.

In particular, joining Adventis gives Second2 instant access to Adventis Digital, providing an additional in-house team of 12 digital marketing specialists and developers to assist our expansion further into new and exciting digital services, such as filming and video production, search engine optimisation, mobile marketing, e-commerce, application development and Web 2.0 offerings.

Fundamental to the success of Second2 has been our focus on developing long-term relationships with our clients, through delivering excellent customer service, knowledge of the technology sector and value for money. Our commitment is that these remain our focus, and that our clients will continue to receive the same level of attention, quality, value for money and service from Second2 that they are used to.
